Connect a Custom Domain

A custom domain makes your portfolio more professional and memorable.

Option 1: Purchase Through Us

• Go to Settings > Domains
• Search for your desired domain
• Complete the purchase
• Your domain will be automatically configured!

Option 2: Use Your Existing Domain

If you already own a domain:

• Go to Settings > Domains
• Click "Add Existing Domain"
• Enter your domain name
• Add the following DNS records:

Type: CNAME

Name: @
Value: cname.ptfl.io
Type: CNAME
Name: www
Value: cname.ptfl.io

• Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
• Click "Verify Domain"

SSL Certificate

SSL certificates are automatically provisioned for all domains. This ensures your portfolio is served securely over HTTPS.

Troubleshooting

• Domain not verifying? DNS changes can take up to 48 hours
• SSL not working? Try verifying the domain again
