Add Email to Your Phone
Set up your professional email on iPhone, Android, or any mobile device.
Before You Start
You'll need:
Don't have your password? Go to Dashboard > Email and click "Reset Password" for your mailbox.

iPhone / iPad Setup
- Open Settings* > **Mail** > **Accounts** > *Add Account
- Tap Other* > *Add Mail Account
- Enter your information:
- Tap Next
- Select IMAP (not POP)
- Enter the server settings:
- Name: Your display name
- Email: [email protected]
- Password: Your mailbox password
- Description: Work Email (or whatever you prefer)
Incoming Mail Server:
mail.hostedemail.comOutgoing Mail Server:
mail.hostedemail.com- Tap Next* > *Save

Android Setup (Gmail App)
- Open the Gmail app
- Tap your profile picture > Add another account
- Select Other
- Enter your email address and tap Next
- Select Personal (IMAP)
- Enter your password and tap Next
- Enter incoming server settings:
- Tap Next and enter outgoing server settings:
- Tap Next and complete the setup
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your mailbox password
- Server: mail.hostedemail.com
- Port: 993
- Security type: SSL/TLS
- SMTP Server: mail.hostedemail.com
- Port: 465
- Security type: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your mailbox password

Android Setup (Samsung Email or Other Apps)
- Open your email app
- Tap Add Account* or *+ Add
- Select Other* or *IMAP
- Enter your email and password
- When prompted for server settings, use:
Incoming (IMAP):
