Setting Up Professional Email

Get a professional email address like [email protected].

Requirements

• Email hosting add-on purchase
• A custom domain purchased through our platform

Setup Steps

• Go to Dashboard > Email
• Select your domain from the dropdown
• Enter your desired local part (e.g., "hello" for [email protected])
• Click "Create"
• Important: Save your password immediately - it's only shown once!

Accessing Your Email

Webmail (Easiest)

Access your email at mail.hostedemail.com using your email address and password.

You can also click the "Open Webmail" button on your Email dashboard.

Email Clients (Desktop & Mobile)

Use these settings in any email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.):

Incoming Mail (IMAP):

Server: mail.hostedemail.com

Port: 993

Security: SSL/TLS

Username: Your full email address

Password: Your mailbox password

Outgoing Mail (SMTP):

Server: mail.hostedemail.com

Port: 465

Security: SSL/TLS

Username: Your full email address

Password: Your mailbox password

Adding Aliases

You can create aliases like:

[email protected]

[email protected]

[email protected]

All aliases forward to your main inbox. Go to Dashboard > Email, find your mailbox, and click "Add Alias".

Password Reset

If you forget your password, go to Dashboard > Email, find your mailbox, and click "Reset Password". A new password will be generated - save it immediately!
